 I was wondering why they alwase change Jenna. Just     amagen Jenna in the sequeals with her same look.

It's not so much a problem of changing animators (take Lion
king 1 1/2 for example, the characters were drawn as good as
the original one while it was animated outside USA)
It's a BUDGET problem. Universal couldn't have made a
sequel with more money, because the original Balto didn't
make enough money.

differnt animators,differnt drawings

It could be due to the low budget, but I think that they either got different people to draw her, or hadn't drawn her in a while. If I were to draw a picture, then do another one of the same character 3 years later, I doubt it would look the same.

The only reason I can think of is that different animators draw Characters differently

some of the animators were different in different movies. change of animatos, change in drawings.
