3 questions about the Fan Images:

1. How do you make a fan image? Can I use Microsoft Powerpoint?

2. Do you have to make your own background?

3. Can I use screenshots from Balto Source?

Microsoft Powerpoint doesn't make images, just slideshows. A
program for images would be MS Paint (for starters) and
Photoshop. Backgrounds are not required, you can just make
them any way you want. Also, you'd have to ask Steet about
the images from BS.

If you do use Power Point, and make a slide of images, then you can save the image, copy it by right clicking and then "Copy." then open Microsoft Paint if you have it, and then click "Edit" at the top, and "Paste" You may have to crop it, but as long as it is saved as a .JPG, it should go through fine.

No, I don't own it, and yes you can download it, The Gimp is free too. As for the screenshots, yes of course you can use them. But don't use drawings from other artists.
