Ok, well I want to make a trailer to the fanfic I'm working on but, the main character isn't a Balto character. So would it be ok to edit over some pics or would that be considered "theft" in a way? Just wondering if it is a bad thing then i'll just draw the pics. Or would the vid not be accepted then?

As long as you don't send these drawings in the fanart
sections, I think it's ok. But only if you don't edit pics
from other artists without permission! You can edit
screenshots from the films though.
