So as many of us in the fandom know, a fan-made Balto 4 is in the works. It is being made by Stefan Balugani and has no ties with Universal, since it's a fan creation. Seems like it'll be at least a couple years before it comes out.

I was just wondering, what will the animation be like? Will each frame be animated like in the first three movies? Also, are we as a fandom going to consider this movie canon despite it being a fan creation?

I personaly haven't heard about this projest but in my long years of fandom activity I've seen more than one fan project for a fourth Balto movie that never got past a few animation tests, story prompts and character projects before it died down. If you have any further questions about the production it's best to contact the people working on it. And no, fan movies are not and will never be canon.
