Someone on da has stolen and recoloured art by beauty Jenna and catwhohas14tails but these people don't use animation source anymore so posting on their profile would be spam so does anyone know of these people are on other sites I know catwhohas14tails doesn't use da anymore but thought they should know that their art is being stolen recoloured

She had stolen and recolored over one of mine too. I filed the DMCA takedown form, and I'm honestly surprised, but it worked. The image was removed today and (supposedly) Haley given a warning, according to the email I received. So maybe there is a slim hope for dA yet...

I think the only way for stolen art to be properly dealt with on DA is to have the original artist make the actual report, otherwise the staff will do nothing. :/

It might also be a problem because the dA account Cat had those drawings on she lost access to. She has a new account, but didn't reupload them. Not that she still can't file DMCA forms for them, but like Mighty said, the staff are all incompetent morons so they'll take any excuse to be lazy, even though the forms are legally binding. And Beauty Jenna, as far as I know, isn't on dA anymore.

I found cats twitter so I might tell her about it on there. She is now saying cat and beauty Jenna let her use some of the drawings they both made it clear on their gallerys that people can't use their art without permission I agree the da staff are useless she has been on there since 2014 I thought she would of been banned by now

In this situation, there really isn't anything that can be done. The DA staff is useless, and Cat and BJ have moved on. I'm also for certain Haley is a troublesome user, so the best thing you can do is just ignore it I'm afraid. You can always link to the original artwork, but they will make up lies to defend themselves.
