Nothing against Legend of the Guardians (which, from what I've heard, is a good movie in its own way), but I'd personally like to see the Sources focus more on traditional animation. That said, I like the idea of a Silverwing Source, and if it got the green light I'd be glad to help where I could (though perhaps I shouldn't say that, since I'm already tied up with The Land Before Time Source and We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story Source). I think there's another place or submitting Source ideas, but you might try looking up "Animation Source Project - Details and Suggestions" on the forums and putting forward your ideas there.

Marrow, Balto Source really isn't the place to ask for sites to be made. There's a topic on the forums for suggesting sites, and there's also a project on the main hub. But as for those films, the only two I've heard of is White Fang and The Legend of the Guardians. Out of the two, the Legend Of The Guardian would likely be the better choice if it were ever made into a source. I don't know how strong of a fan base it has, but compared to White Fang, I'm sure the fan base is a lot larger compared to low budget film with terrible animation.
