Can't connect to AS while other users can.

For the past few days now, there have been times where I've been unable to access the site because I can't connect to it. My internet connection remains strong the whole time so I know it's not that, I know it's not my web browser because Google Chrome and Internet Explorer both can't connect to the site when it happens yet they both can still access other site, my other computer and my phone both can't connect when it happens so I know it's not a problem with the device itself, and in the time I can't access AS other people are still online and can still access it so it doesn't seem to be a site wide problem. Is this a glitch or something?

Sometimes when I can't connect AS properly I just have to clear my
cookies. Have you tried it? |
