Domesticated cats or Mountain lions

Are they in Balto? CAN they be in Balto? I'm curious because I've got a design for a cat character for BS and I wanted to make sure that they were allowed

(I believe this is a Film Question)

Just make a little reseach. If there is a possibility of cat in the time and place Balto movie is taking place - you can of course make it. Just remember to follow the character rules. And you can't use other movie renders anymore (so no cats on BS rendered from Aristocats or something like that)
