I was trying to send an image and it was in the right format, but they wouldn't accept it. could it be that my computer's just too old?

I tried Batman, but it didn't work. I think my computer is just too
old. It's an eMac. No one these days have eMacs. |

Hmm, try copy-pasting it to a new file, and save it as .PNG? Maybe it
is just that one file, if not then you can try converting it to
another file. |

firefox. It was in the right size, but it claimed that it wasn't like,
PNG, which it was. |

If the image is too large it won't send; the maximum is 2000X2000px. I
would suggest that you either resize it to 800x600px, 1024x768px or
1000x1000px. I personally wouldn't put the blame squarely on the browser myself. While some browsers are faster than others (Google Chrome probably being the fastest), your internet speed will also impact on how long it will take to upload. Along with format and size (anything under 1mb should only take a matter of seconds to upload). |

Which browser are you using? Sometimes that affects the load time I've
noticed. |
