( I searched for Rendering, yes there were questions and links. BUT, The links were outdated and expired, so i couldn't reach them. Also, this is probably my last question about rendering. ) Any rendering shortucts suggested? I finally know how to make a character. Rendering seems easier to me. Any suggestions for great one? I would also like to know a rendering shortcut where you dont have to pay. Yes, Its quite a handful of requests,   I really need to know, so please help me out. Thank you.

Like Troll said, those programs would be the best.
The best programs to use would be Photoshop and Paint Tool SAI, but they do cost money. For the free programs, I do agree that Paint.NET, Gimp, Firealpaca, and just default MS Paint (on windows computers) work just fine.
