There are plenty of tutorials, even for MS paint.
It's not about your images looking bad (well, at least hot only). You keep reposting the same badly made (no, not because of images), unrelated characters over and over again when people told you thousands of times that they are always going to be deactivated if you won't impove them. Yet you keep reposting them unchanged all the time.
Also you've been banned several times and you keep using a proxy to skip your ban. It is against the rules as well.

So no, we do not report you only bacause the image you did is bad. All you do is against the site rules and you won't even let anyone help you.

It can be hard in MS Paint, Sam, therefore you'll probably have to download a better program, especially for better results.

Try GIMP, it's easy to use and it's free, I use it for most of my renders, it's always been handy for me.
As for the render side of this:

- Paste your chosen screenshot into GIMP.

- Then, create a new layer on top of the other one.

- When the "New layer" box pops up, make sure you set the layer mode to "Transparent" or else it won't work.

- Then, make sure you are on your new layer and just trace over the original screenshot.

- Finally, when you've finished tracing, just fill your own lines in with your character's colours, and tadaa, you've rendered over the screenshot.

Hope this helps, but as Mighty quite rightly pointed out, you need to make a search before asking a question as the same thing has been posted several times before.

You need to stop trying to get around bans by using a proxy, or whatever else you're secretly doing to frustrate and annoy the moderators. THAT'S what you ought to be doing.
