Please pardon me if this question has been asked~
I've been seeing people being yelled at/reported for haveing avatars that are not drawn by them, then said person is called a theft.
Should using a picture drawn by someone eles as an avatar becansidered theft and a matter being reported over? If so, then I and everybody eles using logos/screen caps as avatars should be reported aswell.
To me, this whole avatar thing is loop-holed.

Basically what Consuela said. For instance, you make a drawing and post it anywhere. I see it and decide to make it my avatar. Can't do that. THAT is theft because I don't have your permission, nor did I make the drawing.

Well, technically, it IS theft. xD Using things that are Balto images makes sense. This IS Balto source, and I'm sure Steet spoke to Universal about copyright laws. But using someone's personal work without permission is theft. I'm not sure how to explain otherwise. xD |
