Is it okay to write a fanfic starring characters that I haven't created yet?

I would say so. Most everyone on this site had their stories up long
before character profiles were even an option, so it pretty much comes
to an easy yes. |

I'm with Natti, I say go for it! Writing a Fanfic will actually help
you develop a better bio for your character =) |

If by "not created" you mean that your character doesn't have a page,
then yes! Absolutely! Not only is it not required for characters to
have a page, but writing the story first will DEFINITELY help you
summarize a bio if ever you do decide to make a page. By all means, go
for it! |

Certainly you can. However, if you are creating original characters,
you will want to get around to developing character sheets for them as
soon as possible. COMPLETE character sheets. |

There's no rule saying you must create character's bio before so I
think you can. |
