Safari the cougar

I have often seen renders on the sources that look a lot like screenshots, not only that but I have seen Kelsey's tutorial for how to make screenshots out of renders...But only for Photoshop. You see I don't have Photoshop, I have GIMP, so I don't know how to do the same thing and I have tried to do it the Photoshop way and it just doesn't work. I would love to have some help, even if anyone has to point out that there is a topic in the forums about this.

Kelsey The Zombie made a amazing tutorial guide, with pictures to help you out. http://www.zaduk.org/forum/tutorials-guides-f4/topic27.html These were made in Photoshop, but if you PM me I can see about giving you a better program than GIMP.

Easy 1. After you make the lineart layer, set it to multiply. 2. Add grain to give it that film texture. 3. I don't know if Gimp has it, but add a despeckle filter. If you don't have that, try some sort of light blur. 4. Save it as a lower quality jpeg.
