Hello Everyone,

 I know this is most likely an original question to ask because there was no other benefit I could find elsewhere (regarding the other questions already asked) according to what I am dealing with. I am here on behalf of my current account and I was wondering if there was an easy solution to my problem that I'm dealing with as of right now:

 I don't mean to ask this question "anonymously" but I am the kind of user who isn't registered under the sites, but log in through my Facebook account. Well, the problem as of now is: When I go to access my BS account through my Facebook, it will have me log in, but will redirect me to a blank page with the address at the top once it is submitted. (No infromation saying "Unable to access the site" or anything, just a blank white page that can sit there for God knows how long). I click to refresh the page or send the address again, but will end up on my Facebook only. That is when I will come back to the sites and not even be logged in, I try again....same thing. My question is simple:

 Is this a commonly found "Glitch" that is able to be fixed? Has my account been locked out? Or is there anyway I can log onto my user with the Log In option at the top? (The problem with that, is that I have tried to make an account with the first option before logging in with Facebook but I cannot use the same email twice. This is really irritating since I did delete my last accounts. I don't see why there should be any other reason why my data should still be sitting (or roaming) in there.) Or if this something that needs the Moderators assistance to fix? My Behalf? My Internet browsers are all fine, it's just this one area of my concern.

 There is a lot of my progress stored within my account here, and I don't want to loose it this quickly without some kind of answer.  Please, if any of you are able to answer my question please don't give just one scentance responses such as: "Yeah, this might be a glitch...." Ok, that's great, how can it be resolved? Step by step processes or any clear and understanable advice will be gladly taken to consideration. Thank you for your help.

The reason you can't use your own email is because the site, for some reason, does this thing when you delete your account where it only deletes the on-site account, but the forum portion of the account remains. That's what happened with my last account.

Anyway, normally I would say contact the webmaster, Steet, and tell him about this what appears to be a bug, but he has virtually abandoned the site and all the members that use it. So I think you should follow Wolflover201's advice and create an account using a new email. The email account doesn't need to be fancy, just something that will receive emails as they come. I recommend Gmail because they don't really require much personal info and you're not required to supply a backup email address as most other services do.

I have run into a similar problem on multiple sites unrelated to Animation Source. I think the folks over at Facebook made some changes that broke the sign-in functionality for other websites. Until that is resolved, I think you're stuck.

Hmm...seems pretty funny to be honest. It must be something to do with a connection error or something between Facebook and BS (Or the whole of AS itself). Try making an actual Balto Source account (make a new email up too), and use that one until it starts working again. Keep trying to get on through Facebook to though, it probably will fix itself.

You're not the only one who's had this happen to you. I just lost my account friday becasue of the same thing you just mentioned. But honestly, I have no idea what to do here. Hope you have a backup made through AS though.

Hmmm... Maybe you should make an actually account on balto source, rather than just through Facebook.
