How do you get rid of the white bits on lines

When I make renders the lines are fine but when I colour everything colours fine apart from round the edge theres little white bits and when I bucket fill them, the lines go too thick which someone has pointed out on here. How do you fix this so I can make better renders?
btw I use paint tool sai and photoshop elements 10
