Santa Cruz 101

Ok I use MS Paint to make my renders/linearts whatever you call it, but I've seen a lot of people do something like this. They make renders and have a two or more characters inside the same image and the renders look like they were made on MS Paint. If it's possible, how can I do this? (Be nice...)

when you rendering in MS paint, to paste in a new rendered character, you can go to edit>Transparent selection, then you can paste in a new character with a transparent background, it's tricky but it works. but, if you want something better to render in, look up paint.net
