Whath dose it mean clener head pic?

It means your head picture (the icon used to display your character in the main character section) is roughly made, poorly made, or it's difficult to see what it is.

If you're having troubles I'd recommend using a lineart (don't forget to give credit to the original creator!) to help you get started with your characters. There are also tutorials around the site that will help you make, create, and color characters as well as how to render linearts.

Keep in mind that characters today have to be reasonably realistic. That means we no longer allow 'sparkledogs'. The character also must be related to Balto in some realistic way.
