I am ordering a new tablet and plan to get the Wacom Tablet create because it comes with photo shop but I am not sure whether it is worth the near $200. I've worked with photoshop CS5 as a tutorial but my tablet wouldn't communicate and made the entire process rather frustrating, despite the raving reviews I have read about CS5, and I never have used a Wacom Tablet either (I used some cheap little one probably why it wouldn't communicate well). I'm sorry if this question is rather loaded but I wanted you guys to understand my situation. So is it worth to buy this Wacom Create that comes with Photoshop Elements?

Yes, it's worth it. I have a Wacom Bambo Fun tablet, and I also have CS5, CS2, and I also used to have Photoshop elements 9 installed, but I no longer needed it after I got my CS2 serial to work.
I've never had any issues with either of these programs. I'm not sure what issues you were having, but perhaps the tablet you had wasn't pressure sensitive, or maybe you didn't have the proper drivers installed.
