Where would adoptables go, I'm gonna make some but I need to know where they go first...

Jordan.

You want to know which gallery, right?
Well, it depends, did you just color some linearts or renders? Then they belong to fan-images
Did you draw them? Then you should put them up in fan-arts

Either your fanart gallery or your image gallery. Then others find them in whichever gallery and either PM you or comment for it. Then you can make rules for them, like Makoza said.

I mean like if I make them for the public where would I put them? In the character section?

They go the the person who asks for them, if it's first come first serve then the first person who asks gets it, if it's who ever gives the best image or bio then the one as it says makes the best gets it.
