No Dusty isn't, she's an official character with 'realistic' markings

Dusty, Jenna, Kodi and Dixie's colours are just oversaurated versions or real colours called red or blue.
They are not pink, winged, lazer-shooting, emo-haired sky demon wolves....
And the purple colour people give Dusty in their images is sometimes muuuch different than what she is in the movie...

No. A "sparkledog" is a character with obscene or unnatural/unrealistic markings, colors, features, or sometimes powers. Dusty, other than being of a purplish hue, is a pretty realistic dog, and I think that it's safe to say that the main reason for the purplish color is because it's an animated children's movie--colors are bound to be brightened/tinted.

No she's not a sparkledog. She's not a combination of different breeds that wouldn't even survive if they did create some kind of mixed breed, she doesn't have any bizarre or unusual markings or colors and she doesn't have any mystical powers or abilities.

No,Dusty is not a Sparkle dog,like Kodi,Balto,and Jenna,she is a purebred Siberian Husky.
