Blocking or Banning Members?

So my best friend on this site was recently stolen from. We found the person and reported them, and the renders were taken down instantly. My best friend (who is a member here, but will not be named, nor will the thief), gave a fair warning to the member and told them to leave her and her characters/art alone. The person took it the wrong way and started to insult her. She is now bullied here and the person is now positing very nasty/rude comments on her profie.
Is there was any way to possibly make that person's comments on her characters, profile, and/or renders invisible? Is there also a way to make that person unable to enter her gallery or characters to prevent future theift?
Thanks for the help, and no, this question was not already answered, so don't ask me to search it; because there are no answers for this situation.
