Not a lot of information you gave us here. You should go over all the steps slowly, just make sure you're not screwing anything up. Chances are one of the things they said below is the problem. If you followed all the steps to the letter, and it still doesn't work, you should contact Steet.

I think you should just firstly re-check that it's not working. And if it's still not, you might have a 'Invalid E-mail' just as Celtic kate said, or another problem. I guess you should re-make a account.(Try not using the same e-mail)

Did you just click on the link?
You are actually supposed to copy the link and paste it into the address bar, it says so in the instructions.

It's probably not working because of a glitch,or it could be that your E-mail address is an invalid one.
