AlphaAleu
Did anyone else notice in Balto II: Wolf Quest (I can't exactly pin-point which scene it was), in one part, Niju calls Balto 'half-breed'? I noticed it when I re-watched WQ recently, I don't know if anyone else has.
We all know Balto didn't just up and tell the wolf pack his pedigree and Niju defidently couldn't have already known Balto's breed because they never knew eachother until WQ. Not only that, but Balto and Aleu look a lot more wolf-like than the other half-breeds (mainly Balto's other pups), so its easy to assume the wolves could've just assumed they were wolves, too. Unless certain scents show an animal's breed (and we all know wolves have VERY good sense of smell), which somehow I doubt. Or, unless it has to do with Nava telling the other wolves about "the one who is wolf but does not know" (then they could've assumed Balto or Aleu were half-breeds).
Heck, even one of the other wolves calls Balto and Aleu dogs (I think it was the light brown one that makes the ADGTH reference). How exactly could they have known Balto and Aleu were part-dog when they just met them?
I hope I don't sound stupid, this one just puzzles me.

Well Balto did mention that he led a dog sled team. This info. coupled with the fact that he looks like a wolf could have led Niju to think he was a half-breed. But like Mighty said, it's just a cartoon and sometimes you have to make your own decisions for things to make sense.

Yeah, it's one of those unanswered questions BTW, what wolf made the ADGTH reference? |

But yes, as has been stated before, that issue probably wasn't even noticed by those who made the movie.
