Hi there everybody! I've had an account before, but it's been a long time since I've been on and a lot of character rules have changed. I just a got a few quick questions before I add any chars.

Question one: I've got a real nice design for an alien dog. I tried to add him before but they said that made up breeds weren't allowed. Are they now?

Question two: I know that characters used to have to be Balto-related. Do they still have to be?

Question three: I know that sparkle dogs used to be against the rules. Are they allowed now?

	Meh.

Sparkle dogs are basically made up breeds and they are allowed And almost half of the characters here aren't balto related, so yes they are allowed.

1.Yes. There are a lot of made up magic wolves now. 2.No. Completely not. Check out some random charas. 3.Yes. Sparkle all you want. Generally you can freely make a random character out of nowhere now.

1: Made-up breeds arent allowed. Things like Fox-dogs and Wolf-dogs are. 2: They have to have at least a small relation to the Balto world, it can be brother, son, father, or friend of a cousin's sister, at least it's related to official Balto characters. 3: Sparkledogs ARE allowed, but they have to clearly listed as a sparkledog.
