There are several ways to make a transparent background. Typically the
best, fastest, and easiest way is to immediately start with a
transparent background. (When making a new layer, go to where you can
choose what background to start with and select Transparency) You
should have no trouble seeing the lines you draw. If you do have
trouble, your brush size may be very small. It's all really up to what
you prefer. I've always preferred starting with a transparent
background because it saves me time and I don't have to worry with
erasing anything: just adding. |

ok, yeah, make a few layers and delete the white one at the end,
just make sure you've coloured the picture before, or you wont HAVE a
picture just the gray squares (checkerboard) so make sure you colour
it in, even if you want the pic too be white, you still must colour it

This question has been asked before. Can you make a search next time
to avoid similar questions? Basically what you do is completely erase the background first, then save it as GIF (or PNG if that works too) |
