Okay, my question is above. Why aren't Offical Balto Characters aloud to be in renders?

I'm only asking this because my render got deactivated because it had Offical Balto characters.

Help!

Rendering over the same screenshot as the same character is cheating. The same goes for sending in a render that has a Balto character icon used. It may be a screenshot of Balto, but it's of your character, so therefore it's not Balto related.
