Can I report a character who have different markings in head and different markings in body picture?

If that's the case then, the person might not know exactly how to "trace outside the lines", meaning they trace not only the balto character, but their markings too. ive seen this a lot with younger members. But its still laziness in my book. Though I think you should just warn them before reporting them, and see if they can do anything about it.

Head image is rendered out of Jenna and has Jenna markings. Body image is rendered out of Balto and has Balto's markings. I think it counts

Sakujo: Yes you can. But if its just sligty different, then don't report them...but im sure your meaning proper changes^^

Yes,you can report them,any character that have the same head,or body markings,usually means one has been copied,or stolen. -Celtic Kate
