Well, I use Paint. If you look at my old profile, bluwhawk_m18, I
posted a rendering tutorial. But even if you have and it still doesn't
make sense, I'll explain it. 1. Click the little icon that looks like a hexagon. (A title should come up if you hover your mouse above it that says 'Hexagon') A little sub-menu will appear underneath your tool menu. Make sure that the outlined square that's filled in is highlighted before you start. That option will ensure that whatever you do outline will fill in with your second color, which is white if you haven't changed the colors since you opened Paint, once the shape is completed. 2. Click where ever you want to start your shape. A line with follow your cursor. Click a second time to place another point. Do this to outline your horse's hoof, for instance. Once you click where you very first point was, the shape is completed and it will fill in automatically with your second color. ***NOTE*** Be careful rendering! If you outline you horses entire head, it's face (eyes, nostrils and such) will vanish once you complete your shape, so be careful not to cut out anything important. 3. Once your shape is complete, you can do another one by repeating steps 1 and 2. Now your set to go! PM me if you have any questions, and I'll also give a link to my tutorial if you are a visual person. ![]() http://www.animationsource.org [...] 0.html&numart=16029&display=18 |

It takes time to master those programs, and it helps to have tablet.
Although you can still do it without a tablet. The best thing for you
to do is look for different tutorials that show how to use the program
to render. I'll post some links to the more helpful ones. Photoshop---> http://www.animationsource.org [...] ual-guide-included-t12460.html (this one is both useful for drawing and rendering) GIMP---> http://www.animationsource.org [...] ed-s-way-to-render-t27914.html MS Paint---> http://www.animationsource.org [...] to-render-like-cat-t25070.html Also, it takes a lot of practice and patience. The more you work at the it, the better you get. Good luck! |
