Yes you can use the name as long as you don't use the personality and/or the desighn.It says in the laws of copyright you cannot copyright a name and it's obvious why not names are used all the time there would be no names left to call someone if they decided to copyright them. So it is allowed to use any name from any movie/series/book/game ect. of your choice as long as you ONLY use the name. After all many people have done it before in fans and officials.

Nope, names cannot be copyrighted you can cretae characters with names from what you want, as long as they are balto related and not that movie / game / serie related

Yes you can use your favourite names from other books ect.
but if it's as unique as squrrielflight then you will have to mention where you got the name from - as Baltogrl1 said. But if you make the bio like the character from elsewhere then it's not allowed.
But if you use a common name such as Jake and you have a favourite character from somewhere else with the same name, you don't need to.
