I adopted a character from Jordan, and it's body/lineart or whatever is angel from Lady and the Tramp 2, but it has heaps to do with Balto (lives in nome, friends with the characters, ect). If I put it on Lady and the Tramp source, can I still make it have something to do with Balto?

If its a free hand it should be fine, but just be sure not to trace, as its not allowed.

what if I didn't do a render, but I did a free-hand drawing from another movie, or is that still not allowed?

Just use a lineart or render not from LatT and you can just edit the character page. Other movie renders aren't allowed.

I guess so, although mods may give you trouble... but if it is more closely related to Balto it should stay on Balto Source, and if you want to post it on the lady and the tramp Source JUST because of the line art, it should definitely stay on Balto Source, even more so if it has nothing to do with Lady and the Tramp.
