To make an animation you have to draw each individual movement of the character you are drawing.But take note animating isn't like a walk in a park it's hard to make it look good and can sometimes be very time consuming to get it right.If it's hard then take reference from a screenshot but make sure to send it to images if you do.Once you've got the animation right upload it somewhere like iaza and choose animation button and put each one of the pictures into it then save it as a GIF image to make it move in your files,once you have that done then upload it to the site and wait for it to be activated.
Personal Note : I tend to draw each frame on paint to make it easier to move not loads of detail and no background then open it in pixlr/sketcher and draw over it in a new layer and add a background and then put it all together to make it look good.
