Hey guys!

As some of you may know, i made a knew charater, Trip. The only problem is that i tried to sen in an image of him, you know, cause you're suppossed to, but it was deactivated because "renders from other movies aren't allowed." I told the mod that I see them all the time. THey said that i should report them. I said, if you're right, and they aren't allowed, then show me in the rules where it says that. I can't find it in the rules myself, so is this ANOTHER case of mod-made rules? I think so, but are my hunches right?

This is rather odd if you think about it. We're allowed to render from other artist's linearts, including those not based on Balto, right?

It shouldn´t be impossible to render him out of Balto´s shape. Just give it a try. Take away some fluff, edit tail and ears and it´ll look pretty close.

That sounds like it would work, except that Trip http://www.animationsource.org/balto/en/chars/Trip_Spade/20338.html isn't a balto source breed, obviously. I may just have to send him over to LatTS. And if you can't render form the other sources, then can you use the back grounds? Ugh...

Perhaps render a Balto or another character from the Balto movies into your character by modifying it slightly if you PM it me I can if you like depending on how hard it is (I do have some limits )

Thanks Dolly. That kinda stinks though. Now I have a perfectly good character that I can do nothing with. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Actually no, Steet did make this a rule a while ago so if you see any report them. The rules of other movie renders are not always 100% clear so some mods let them through whilst others don't and not to forget they activate thousands of pictures a day they aren't perfect.
