Demeter.

hi. i would like to ask this because, today i seen a desing too much close to my fursona's desing, i would not think it is stolen if my character were based in the desing of a special breed such as huskies, chinooks..., no my character is my fursona and its designed according to me, and the desing is unique and created fully by myseld, and i have seen a character that is EXACT the same colors, the same desing except for a minuscle marking between the eyes, can i report it?

There's not harm in reporting it if it bothers you enough.
