Hello. I added someone to my ignore list recently, but they still sent me a message. I checked my list, and the user was on, but I still received the PM. I did a search. Is it a glitch?

Ah. Well lets see. How long has the member been on your ignore list? Maybe the system just hadn't completed the action yet.

It wasn't staff. It was a normal member.

Could be a glitch, depending on who it was you were trying to block. If it was any staff member it probably wouldn't work, but I can't say for sure on that since I don't know exactly how it works.
