I downloaded GIMP but i still dont know how to make renders out of Balto screencaps. Can anyone help me out? Also, is there any other programs i could use to make them?

Well, I'm still a little new at GIMP, but I've pretty much figured out how to do it. Okay first, and most importantly, create a new layer. If you keep it all in one layer you won't be able to put the "blank" in blank render XD. Anyway, and make sure you're on the new layer before doing this. Assuming you use black as the outline, just outline the characters on the screenshot and make sure all the lines connect. When you're finished outlining, hide the bottom layer JUST containing the screenshot. This will reveal only the outlining you did. After that, use the bucket to fill your outline in white. And afterwards you can make the bottom layer visible again. Just don't delete any layers.
And if you have Paint, that's another program you can use to make blank renders. If you want to figure out how to do that, since this comment is getting lengthy, on the forums (in the balto fan art section) there is a topic called How to: Render like Cat. It's on the first page, and it'll tell you everything on how to render on Paint. Hope this helped, and by the way, I'm pretty sure this has been asked before. It doesn't hurt to do a search before asking a question.![]()
