Question :
Java
I've been trying to kinda organize my characters a bit, and I really like the backgrounds of the head pics, used for the Official Balto Characters. I have also seen those same backgrounds on some of the protected chars.
Does anyone know where or how I can get thos bg for my own chars? I don't really know how to make it on GIMP.
Thanks!
