i know this is a stupid question. But...

Okay. I've had a member (im not gonna mention his name) try to steal one of my characters. He used the exact colors (i tested them on Paint) and many of the same markings. I told them and they claimed their friend designed it.

Then recently. They've tried to steal another one of my characters. This one's colors and even some of the characteristic like the way it talks and such.

I've alos noticed their fursona, was an entry for an old contest by a DIFFERENT member that the thief didn't come up with. The thief didn't give credit to the original designer, which makes me think he stole that too. He can't say that he's ''never seen my characters'' because he's commented on pics in my gallery. So i know he's seen them. 

I've seen other members get accused of stealing when hee's doing it often. and those other members have been banned.

So, do i report this guy for just theift? Cause he's done it more than once and i know he'll do it again.
