Balto is so unashamedly fantasy. Is there anything more anthropomorphic than a bunch of cognitive dogs quarreling over who gets to save the human children of Nome? And then when their musher hits his head they just load him into the sled, tuck him under a blanket, and hitch themselves up!

If your dog can operate an entire sled without thumbs he can probably obtain and wear a necklace

Balto realities are still more real than All Dogs Go To Heaven(where dogs are just like humans) and even Lady and The Tramp(singing dogs for example). At least the frist one. Even in Balto 2 there are spirits, but no hair or accessories.

Draco - its refired to come into the theme, when you make a christmas image don't you give your charries a red hat? or draw a background with a chrismas tree in a winter area wight?, does it mean that your charrie wears a red hat for ever? NO! just in that image to make a better theme i keep asking the same

What is the problem?!!

(1) I agree with you on how some of the other members get by a little to easily, but it is agianst the rules and referring to a sparkledog. I guess some necklaces are ok if they're in the form of a collar or were owned by a rich family(like Draco said), but most wild wolves and wolf dogs don't come incontact with human civialization. Its just being realistic, and Balto two was unrealistic but it was unrealistic in the sence of pharanormal powers and such. Not unrealistic in the way of legwarmers, necklaces, tatoos ect.

(2) Jordan may have a point though. Balto WAS a children's movie, and it wasn't entirly ture. Balto was a dog, he was neutered and never had pups, he had an owner, and he certianly did not run the whole distance by himself. Balto did not track down the sled team and did not have a goose raise him. Not that i'm dissagreeing with Steet but in reality Balto wasn't that real of a movie. Based off of a true story yes, Real? no. So why no sparkledogs? I believe sparkledogs are not 'pretty' to look at. I think less thought is put into them, and i'm guessing Steet would like neat, and clean charecters that have interesting profiles. Rather than ones with exessive hair and eye popping colours, sure it makes the charecter interesting but not very thought out.

Not trying to offened anyone :D just posting my opinion.

A wild wolf or dog isn't going to have necklaces or collars etc. Dogs that live in town during Balto's time would not wear necklaces I don't' think. They were all mostly working dogs. Even the pets, like Dixie and Sophie only had collars. Why would you put a possibly expensive necklace on your dog anyway? Collars/chains/bandanas yes of course, but not anything like piercings or 'leg warmers' or whatever. Report any you see. I still don't really know what you all mean by 'tattoos' though? Can someone give an example?

So A HUGE AMMOUNT of accessories aren´t allowed. and why is everyone complaining about realism? MAn, Nava vanished into a tree, Aleu could read the bear´s mind, or even Kodi & Jenna´s unnatural bright red fur. Is THAT realistic?

So to the point.
1. We need clear rules for characters. Some mods say golden (yellow) fur is allowed, some not. Same with blue (a greyish-blue)
2. The second movie isn´t really realistic so why do we need to be totally realistic with our characters, why not allowing a bit creativity? (as long as it´s not getting out of control like eyes burning coats or too many accessories)
3. We shall create unique characters, but how can we if almost everything is forbidden?


I have no problem with not 100% realistic characters, hey, this site is based off a children´s movie, where is the imagination if everything needs to be pure realistic?

what is a leg warmer? what is your problem with them?

they have no tattoos the only one images i use tatoos in saintclairs is in images ambiented on hip hop wallpapers or hip hop senses to make the wallpaper / image more related to the theme


and no they don't all have necklaces the only one who has a dog collar is Ares, what iis the problem in wearing a dog collar?

What if a wilf wolves have fancy necklaces? The're being activated all the time, so I'll repeat my second question - why no one gives a care and they are approved everytime?

Sorry to ofend, but all those MJW's saintclars? They have necklaces and even tatoos... No one really cares about this. Sorry again, but I just hate when there are rules and some mebers are just getting away so easilly with avoiding them.
