Why are charatcer up that have fangs,and are vampires?I mean they should`nt be up,There not real!And they have unrealistic markings,Eyes and collars?Why is this allowed?

Because... ummm... I'd better don't say anything.
The same with necklaces and tatoos. They're not allowed, but only in assumption. They do totally nothing with it.

i know i saw some that have all purple eyes and only a white dot for their eyes! i mean seruosly they are breaking the rules.
