Are the "Ask My Characters' Topics still allowed in the fourms and if so where would you post them if you were to make one?

Thank you for your time in helping me out!

No they're not allowed anymore on the forums. The ones that are were up and around before the rule was set it place so they stayed. They're not active anymore anyway.
