It`s similiar to being popular in real life. The shy ones don`t get much attention. But the ones who do the popular, BIG stuff (in real life-cheerleading, dance, football; here on this site: Artwork, Fanarts and Images as well as fanfics) and talk to many people are popular.

It`s also about knowing people. Talk to others, and most likely they won`t bite, and will be your friend, and so on. You`re welcome to talk to anyone you please here ^^

Thanks for all of your answers they help so much :D

Well I'mnot the most populer person here but the main ways to get populer on the sources is two main things :
1. Go talk on the shoutbox loads of people are there the more you go the more known you become the more people will visit yor profile etc.
2. Learn how to draw or make images well the better you are at making them the more faves you get the more people like you.

well, get out there a talk to everyone! if you become friends with a lot of people, your packs may become populer too! though, i love making friends, im a bit shy on here, unlike in real life, im a social butterfly.

Well, it is very easy to be popular if you are a good drawer, thats the main way..

Well, i don't think i am one of them.., however many of the people who i made image trades with... usually makes comments like "Trade with the famous MJW" like this one

I guess someone becomes popular taking requests and growing up a nice and original style, why don't you try to create your own rendering style? is just grab a good program and make experiments

About packs, i guess popular packs is because of their fanfics, for example the unalaq pack, made by jordan has a lot of fans there! they have a plenty block of books and all of them very interesting,

Is also true that in a first point it will be hard to get it, for example, before my saintclair breed saga wasn't very known, but some days ago i've got loads of messages asking for it, since i published my blank renders for saintclair use only and i published my first saintclair saga book

try choosing one of your dreams and try to make it real!, if you need help i'll be pleased of helping you

Get out there and show yourself.

Kinda the same way in real life.
