I did do a search on this question a long time ago and the answer was there. Now when I really need it, I search again and it disappears. Anyway, there are some avatars on the forums who have a transparent background. I know you are supposed to save it as PNG for it to be like that. But I tried that and the KB exceeded the limit of 24. I knew there was another file type you could save it under, but I couldn't remember what it was. So, this is really two questions in one. 1. what is the other file type you can save the avatar under? and 2. if you can ONLY save it as PNG, is there a way I can decrease the number of KB so I can submit it?
