Shivu
(Another stupid question by me! XD)
I mean, there has been the DVD's and in the occasionaly charity shop (which is second hand so, obviously doesn't count as "new merchandise") there hasn't been anything!
Okay in shops now you can buy: Balto DVD's (New)
Second hand off the internet or charity shops (This is what I have bought anyway) is Balto Story Book, Balto VHS and, if you know how, you can make a Balto Soundtrack (PM me if you want to know how).
Basically: Why bring out DVD's when Universal must know that Balto is popular and no other merchandise?

Probably because it's not a very popular film. Not many people know
about the movie. I didn't till I was like ten. |

Balto isn`t just that popular. It never was. It had its time when it
just came out, but, other than that, it`s gone. It`s like how every
Disney movie had its own time, and, basicially, how EVERY movie has
its time. |

it's all about money. most likely not enough people buy the
merchendise so they thought they would waste money if they continued
to make it so they stopped. |

I'm not 100% sure but my best guess is they didn't even advertise it a
lot so they probably couldn't afford to make a lot of merchindise I
have the dvd's, VHS and Balto and Boris KFC toys I know how hard they
are to find. Also they probably don't think there is enough fans to
buy the profit back from making even more merchindise. |
