Im agree also, i haven't got any problems in mention who's the mod that does apply this "riddiculous rule" but i won't because of respect, here there are two mods that say this isn't an official rule so my advice is this:

Actually,to add to this,when they say they let 'certain people' upload things,this isn't true.It just seems that way.I've only had a /few/ drawings/images/whatever uploaded without character pages,usually because it was a design for someone else,or a surprise gift for someone who's char is deactivated.I once made a gift for someone who's char was deactivated for this reason,and the drawing was deactivated.I PMed the mod,stating how it is not my fault if the character was deactivated.
Anywho,this causes people to be angry.When i say a few of my images got activated,ALOOOT more got deactivated...in fact.Half my image gallery got taken down because of this 'rule'.So,no,it's not true,when you say it's 'certain people'.It's actually mods not being able to decide amongst themselves what the rule is.>.< They'll just have to work it out themselves,until then,we have to be patient.

It isn't an official rule. It just seems every mod has their "own way."

I know. I hate this too. It may be because of certain mods with their certain standards (for ex.-so and so will allow this, but this person won`t).

But Sakujo is right. They do allow certain artists to do this, and it`s unfair. I would write to the mods. Perhaps we can even go further with this.....

is it the same mod? Because I find that different people have different ways of activating 'fan stuff'. I do think that is really unfair, though. Sometimes lots of people are allowed to get things activated and 1 or 2 people can't! PM the moderators and if they don't respond (which does sometimes happen with certian people) contact Steet. He is really understanding about things like that and tries to help you as much as possible

Write to mods. They allow Jordan, Hazel Kat, Storm Wolf and other people uploading some Balto recolors without site characters so tell them to be fair or leave you alone.
