Okay, so I`m still a beginner in Photoshop. I just got CS5. I was searching through a couple youtube videos of speedpaints with photoshop used (trying to learn some tricks) when I found this video.

(I know she has a different version than me)

I am quite interested if anyone knows who she did the:

~outlining in blue (that`s kinda obvious) but then went over it in black, and kept the black (how does the blue go away?)

~color OVER the black outline in gray (coloring it in) then getting rid of what she didnt want (basicially, how did she color it in perfectly?)

~create the clouds and then the sun?

1. She probably deleted the layer which had the blue lining.
2. She made another layer, moved it below the black lining, and colored everything the way she wanted it. She erased everything that needed to go.
3. Practice and effects.

Photoshop takes practice, but they used layers.
