Yeah. Basically what it says.

I dont have anything except MS paint. And I'm wondering how you combine images. Example: You have a picture of Balto you want, and it already has a decent background. But you want to add Jenna to it, but not the background, just her. I'm wondering if you can do that on MS paint. If so, will someone tell me?

Also, I'm quite sorry if this question was already asked.

You can't blen images on MS paint. And there is a free drawing site(similar to Photoshop or Gimp) , simple and easy. http://www.pixlr.com/editor There you can blend images by simply you layers are, and scroll down till you see something called "overlay" click that, then adjust it to how you like!! I hope this helps

You mean adding an image like this : http://www.animationsource.org [...] 000/baltothewolfdog100096f.png if you mean that you can do it on MS paint or Pixlr on Balto Source here : http://www.animationsource.org/balto/en/fanart3/ all you have to do is open the image then open the other and choose the cut tool and cut it untill the lines meet and start to glow then click cut and paste it onto the origanol image I hope this makes sence
