Ok so i know that must see chars are chosen on their link to Balto and which ones best represent the site. But why is it that every site except Balto have must see chars?  Is this because none of the chars represent the site well or....?

Same with the must-see fanfics; Steet got tired of not having that, so he chose one (emphasis on one.) Mainly, the mods are just busy (or lazy; I don't know which one, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and just say busy) and haven't gotten around to doing it yet.

Cuz the mods haven't gotten to it. They are busy.
