I was wondering about some characters being allowed, but have hair. I know Dixie have some kind of hair, but it's an effect of her fur, and some OCs have a bit longer head hair with the same colour as their body, but I saw OCs having differently colored hair - for example character is brown and have long black emo fringe covering his/her eye. That's a little sparkledogish after all. Isn't this banned too?

Well that all depends. Like take Drew The Wolf's Anna or ZukoTheCat's Bridget, she has "hair/bangs" but it looks good on her and she looks nothing like a sparkledog besides she is a Border Collie. Now, I/think/it/is against the rules for an "OC" to have full/blown/hair like a human.

Its should be.But depends on the breed,as if the dog is long furred. But it should, depends what the hair looks like.Ruffle long hair is OK,but long bangs/human like hair shoul`dt be allowed. Hope thats helps alittle =)

it depends what it looks like if it looks natural most likely but if something not as natural so it looks like a sparkle dog then no
