If it's something both humans and dogs/wolves can do, then there shouldn't be a problem with that. At least I would hope not.
And if you don't see the Balto characters doing any of the anthro stuff that Moss mentioned, what the talking amongst each other? Doesn't that qualify as somewhat of an anthro trait?
I've got nothing against anthros, although I admit I don't delve much into that stuff myself aside from my fanfic "Balto: Le Mans". That's as far as I plan on going in that area.

well it all dpends, lke banshee said if it is a human of course. But like a human can dance, and dogs don't dance but you can make up a thing were dogs/wolves have like a dance but in things like walking on 2 legs, driving cars ect... no that doessn't work

If it's a human character, then of course so.

If it's an animal character that can do the things humans can do, such as walk on two legs and hold a pencil, then it's an anthro. And anthros are frowned upon. You don't see the animals in the movie Balto doing that kind of stuff.
